A digital Golf, Fitness and Wellness System created to give all Golfers the same world-class workout and recovery programs as the best players in the world.
Business Problem
GolfForever aimed to deliver personalized performance programs that help users improve their game. However, the existing product experience fell short in key areas:
Progress Tracking
Was abstract and disconnected from golf-specific outcomes.
Design System
Components lacked scale, were outdated and uninspiring - failing to convey the value of the experience.
User Engagement
Dropped over time due to a lack of dynamic content and feedback loops.
Empathy
The product did not foster an emotional connection between users and the app.
Scalable Experience
Coaches and instructors had minimal visibility into users’ progress, limiting program effectiveness. Static workout plans lacked adaptability.
This created a gap between the platform’s brand promise and the real impact it delivered.

I led a cross-functional initiative to reimagine our user experience strategy, focusing on personalization and user empowerment.

Evolved the brand from a generic fitness tool to a personal golf improvement ally: focused on performance, coach vs student experience, and connection.
Strategic Vision
Developed a user-centric design strategy that aligned business goals with user needs, helping shape the product roadmap and prioritizing key features and milestones based on user impact and technical feasibility.

Established new design principles focused on personalization and contextual awareness

Strategic Solution
We reimagined the Golf Forever product's experience around four key pillars:
Personalization at the Core
Smart onboarding and filters adapt workouts to user goals, condition, and schedule. A dynamic home screen highlights real-time stats, goals, and achievements.
Contextual Motivation
Push notifications with brand tone, golf-specific progress tracking (e.g., drive distance, handicap), and gamified elements like badges and social sharing.
Instructor Integration
Dashboard with student snapshots and activity logs enables coaching insights, even for solo users, enhancing the sense of support.
Experience Revamp
Mobile-first, glanceable UI with simplified workout flow, wearable integration, and an expanded library organized by training focus.

Results
The redesigned experience delivered significant improvements across main key business metrics and user satisfaction indicators.
Business Growth: Achieved 73% increase in download-to-trial conversion rate and 2.3x increase in customer lifetime value, directly contributing to revenue growth and sustainable user acquisition.
User Engagement
Improved 30-day retention by 45% and increased daily active users by 68%, with 91% of users now completing the redesigned onboarding flow (vs. 34% previously).
